Amuse: Snow Crab Tartar with condiment of Avocado
Wine: Rully 1er Cru Blanc Montpalais 2013 Domaine Jean-Baptiste Ponsot
This is the second most expensive wine made from Chardonnay in Rully Montpalais.
Starter: Cold Capellini with Black Truffle and soft Boiled egg smoked Carbonara Sauce
Wine: Rully 1er Cru Rouge Molesme 2013 Domaine Jean-Baptiste Ponsot
100% Pinot Noir . This is the highest-priced red wine from Rully Molesme
