My fist language is Spanish, and I liked that when I first started school I received ESL help. My teachers were very nice and patient with me while I learned English. I joined the Beta and Art Clubs, it was a good experience. My teachers were okay. My Advanced Mathematics teacher for senior years was amazing at explaining, his class was a little hard and complicated but he made sure we understood. The school also has very good athletes. The school has a average environment and I think they should work more on including more students into different organizations and also they should teach classes that can teach us to get more prepared for real life, for example how to save money, manage the time in college, or simply prepare us more for college.

All of my years in school have been with the Acadia Parish Public School System. I have never been able to look back and say they don't have my back. I am very lucky to be within a community like environment. Midland High is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and most well respected schools. We have also been awarded a "A" school based upon our grades. I'm very happy to say I have came from Acadia Parish Public school system!

My experience here in one of Acadia Parishes schools is terrible because this school and the people that go here lack everything humans need as a whole. Such things as: manners, respect, hygiene, motivation, courage, and a work ethic.
